According to Chris Mannix, Adrien Broner and Gervonta “Tank” Davis got into a fistfight outside of Canelo Alvarez’s locker room before Canelo’s win over Sergey Kovalev at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Saturday night.

Broner, 30, hasn’t fought since his January loss to Manny Pacquiao and hasn’t won a fight in a boxing ring since Feb. 2017, when he was given a questionable split decision victory over Adrian Granados.
Davis, 24, is currently slated to headline a December 28 Showtime card from Atlanta against Yuriorkis Gamboa, with a vacant 135-pound title on the line. If he suffered a cut or something from this reported fracas, that could be in jeopardy.
Broner (33-4-1-, 24 KO) was once considered “the next” Floyd Mayweather, at least by excited network executives at HBO, which might partially explain why HBO doesn’t do boxing anymore, while Davis (22-0, 21 KO) is considered a Mayweather protégé, a rising star in the sport.
