Workout of the day: One last time for 2019

2020 is knocking on our doors.

Three more days and 2019 will be part of history. It doesn’t matter if you did well during the last 12 months or there were some unfulfilled desires – you must send the year away in style and welcome the new one with a smile on your face and sweat on your forehead.

That’s why we got this light and fun workout for you – just to be sure you can eat that tomahawk.

Jog 400 meters

AMRAP 6

15 glute bridges

10 air squats

Jog 600 meters

Rest 2 minutes

2 rounds of:

30 seconds of high knees

30 seconds of butt kickers
