A long awaited fight headlines SENSHI 11

An exciting fight that has been in the making for the last two years will finally take place at the upcoming SENSHI 11 event. The international fight night is scheduled to take place on February 26 in Varna, Bulgaria.

Two elite fighters – Germany’s Sergej Braun and Serbia’s Nikola Todorovic will collide in the main event, with this being the third time this fight has been announced.

The bout will be conducted under the KWU Full Contact rules in the -80 kg category. Initially, Braun and Todorovic had to fight on May 22 in Sofia and then on December 4 in Varna last year, but COVID-19 postponed the fight both times.

Both guys are well known to the SENSHI fans, as they both had a lot of fights under their belt.

Braun is a regular when it comes to the “KO of the night” or “Performance of the night” awards. The masterful kyokushin and kickboxing fighter claimed his 4th SENSHI win after a stunning KO win over France’s Assane Bafeta in the main event of SENSHI 10.

Braun captured a total of three prizes at SENSHI 10. He won the SENSHI trophy, the “Best Technique” cup and the first ever “Helmet of Spartacus” – a trophy that was handed to him by Shihan Ivo Kamenov – CEO of the KWU International Professional League and Chairman of the National association of combat sports in Bulgaria.

Todorovic is 9 years younger than his opponent, but he has the reach and height advantage. The Serbian fighter is a WAKO world champion in K-1 in 2021. He is also a champion in the Serbian fight night organization “Megdan”. Todorovic has multiple victories in national and international tournaments and organizations.

SENSHI 11 is organized with the cooperation of the KWU International Professional League, Armeec Insurance Group, Max Sport, Bulgaria Air, M-Car Group.

Media partners of the event are Boec.BG and Boec.COM, Bulgarian national TV Bulgaria ON AIR, US online platform for combat sports FITE, Gol.bg, Topsport.bg, Kwunion.com, Russian Union Of Martial Arts, Kyokushin Кarate News and Fighto.News.
