Former UFC light heavyweight title challenger Alexander Gustafsson won’t be able to compete at the upcoming UFC 282 which takes place on December 10.
Sweden’s finest had to fight Ovince Saint Preux, but the Haitian-American fighter has stated that his opponent is out of the fight. According to OSP, he’ll be fighting Philipe Lins, a former PFL champion.
A reason for Gustafsson’s withdrawal was not given.
Lins (15-5 MMA, 1-2 UFC) picked up his first UFC victory in April when he defeated Marcin Prachnio via unanimous decision.
OVP, 39, won his last bout against Mauricio Rua in May via SD.
