Russia’s Artem Pashporin cruised to victory on Saturday night when he fought on the SENSHI 10 fight card in Varna, Bulgaria.
The Russian defeated France’s Alexis Laugeousi via decision. The bout was conducted under the KWU SENSHI ruleset in the -70 kg category. Pashporin claimed his fourth SENSHI win, while Laugeousi was making his promotional debut.
The Russia Muay Thai specialist was jabbing at will, as his leading hand caused a lot of problems for the Frenchman. Alexis tried to gain respect via leg kicks, but Pashporin absorbed them without any hesitation and continued to march forward.
Artem was landing in high volumes, as he was moving in and out, dictating the pace and the distance. The debutant was trying to counter him with low and body kicks, but most of the time he was too slow for Pashporin, who was either blocking or ducking them.
The final three minutes were all Pashporin. He continued to throw hard jabs and left hooks and even though Laugeousi replied with a massive 1-2, he had no answer for Artem’s combinations to the body that secured him the W.
