GLORY, the global leader in stand-up combat, announced today three new events in 2021, starting with GLORY 78 at Rotterdam Ahoy on July 17. GLORY 78 will be headlined by a heavyweight clash between Badr Hari and Arkadiusz Wrzosek.
Following a memorable back-and-forth heavyweight battle against Adegbuyi at GLORY 76 last December, No. 3 ranked Hari (106-15, 92 KO) returns to the ring ready to avenge his loss and show why he is still one of the best in the world.
Standing in his way, No. 8 ranked Wrzosek (12-5, 7 KO) is determined to make a statement against an icon of the sport. A force of nature, Wrzosek holds a record of 1-1 in the GLORY ring. Wrzosek lost to Adegbuyi by unanimous decision at GLORY 62 before delivering impressive performance with a TKO win against Dennis at GLORY 71.
GLORY 78 will be exclusively available on pay-per-view. GLORY is also exploring the possibility to have a limited audience at Rotterdam Ahoy. More details about the event and fight card will follow soon.
Additionally, GLORY 79 and GLORY 80 are scheduled to take place in September and December; event dates will be announced later this year.
