Delyan Georgiev is coming back at SENSHI 22 to face the BJJ master Lucas Tenorio. He gave an exclusive interview for Boec in the days before his fight.

I am training in my hometown Varna and now I am working on sparing sessions. I am trying to find opponents with different styles. I’ve added boxing sessions to my training routine because I want to make us of the ring. My camp is focused only by the KWU Open rules. I need to get used to the ring so that I can show the best of me“, shared Georgiev.

He added that he got familiar with the style of his opponent. The Bulgarian goes often to Spain for camps and there he found what he needed to prepare specially for the Brazilian at SENSHI 22.

I am used to wrestling but now I am working more on kickboxing and boxing because of the rules set. I am well prepared for Tenorio’s style and I know he has allot of experience in fighting. That’s why there is no room for underestimation. I have friend in Spain who have faced him. They gave me some useful advice about his strengths and weaknesses. I will try an keep him up and I will go for the KO“, Delyan said.

He can’t wait to step up in front of his home crowd and give them something to cheer about with a spectacular victory. He hopes that all who support him are going to be ringside.
