We are just a few days away from SENSHI 24 but despite that there is a change in the fight card because Joan Arastey picked up an injury and can’t fight Deyan Galinov. The Bulgarian revealed that in an interview for Boec.
“At first I was supposed to fight a Spaniard but yesterday I found out that he got injured. Now I have a different opponent from Brazil. It is not the most convenient thing in the last moment but in our sport this happens very often. I am always ready for such an outcome of events“, shared Galinov.
His name is Alexandre Gonçalves. He is 41 years old and has nearly 30 professional MMA fight behind his back.
“Everything with me goes according to plan. I am focused on stance fighting because of the rules at SENSHI. It is a little different and there is less wrestling and more time in stance. It does not bother me. I am ready, you will see what I can do in the ring“, added the Bulgarian.
He is happy to be able to fight in front of his home crowd. This is his biggest motivation for the victory.
