Bellator’s middleweight Dillon Danis (2-0) has been scratched from the upcoming Bellator 238 that will take place this weekend in California, US.
“El Jefe” was supposed to fight Kegan Gennrich, but according to MMA Fighting the American suffered an injury that won’t let him compete this Saturday night.
The Brazilian jiu-jitsu master was last seen in action in June when he defeated Max Humphrey via submission.

The Orange County Register’s report lists another injury for the January 25 card. Khonry Gracie has also been removed from his scheduled fight with Hector Saldana at welterweight.
The event is headlined by the promotional debut of former UFC women’s featherweight champion Cris Cyborg, who challenges Julia Budd for the promotion’s women’s 145-pound title.
