Ethan Crelinsten crowned Combat Jiu Jitsu Worlds 2022 Lightweight Champion

Combat Jiu-Jitsu Worlds 2022: The Lightweights were capped off when Ethan Crelinsten of B-Team defeated Nathan Orchard via RNC in the Championship round.

Crelinsten earned his way to the finals by submitting all of his opponents during regulation time. He ended the night with 3 RNC’s and 1 armbar- the armbar coming against fellow teammate Damien Anderson, who earned CJJ’s first-ever KO earlier in the night.

Overall, the event only saw OT in 2 out of the 16 total matches on the card.
