The Joint European Youth and Junior Sambo Championships and the European Sambo Championships are scheduled to be held in Novi Sad (Serbia) from September 15 to 18. Competitions will be held among youth (M&W, 16-18 years old), juniors (M&W, 18-20 years old), men, women and in Combat SAMBO.
The competitions will be held in the following weight categories:
Youth (M): 53 kg, 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, 98 kg, +98 kg
Youth (W): 47 kg, 50 kg, 54 kg, 59 kg, 65 kg, 72 kg, 80 kg, +80 kg.
Juniors (M): 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, 98 kg, +98 kg.
Juniors (W): 50 kg, 54 kg, 59 kg, 65 kg, 72 kg, 80 kg, +80 kg.
Men: 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, 98 kg, +98 kg.
Women: 50 kg, 54 kg, 59 kg, 65 kg, 72 kg, 80 kg, +80 kg.
Combat SAMBO: 58 kg, 64 kg, 71 kg, 79 kg, 88 kg, 98 kg, +98 kg.

Recall that last year the European Championship and the European Youth Championship were also held in the format of a combined tournament. The venue of the competition was the city of Limassol (Cyprus).
