Italian judokas dominate at the Cadet European Cup

Italy has claimed a total of 12 medals at the EJU Cadet European Cup that took place in Teplice, Czech Republic.

The event was held on April 9-10 with 562 judokas from 29 countries participating in the competition.

Italian athletes won 4 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals topping the medal table. Ukraine came in second with a total of 7 medals – 2 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze ones. Netherlands finished third with 2 golds and 1 silver.

19 countries couldn’t reach the highest mountain while seven countries went back home with no silverware.
