Jake Paul: I just don’t think Tommy will fight me

Jake Paul (5-0, 4 KOs) does not believe Tommy Fury will ever fight him after watching what happens in his next outing.

Paul is scheduled to face heavyweight prospect Hasim Rahman Jr. on August 6th at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The bout will headline a Showtime Pay-Per-View card.

The Youtube star turned boxer was originally scheduled to face Fury, a light heavyweight prospect. That bout has now been canceled on two occasions.

“I just don’t think Tommy will fight me after he sees what I do to someone who’s more experienced than him. [Rahman Jr. is] heavier than [Fury], he’s taller than him,” Paul told The DAZN Boxing Show. “Tommy is already scared now so after I beat a professional boxer what do you think is going to happen?”.

And another opponent that Paul does not expect to fight in the future, is Youtube rival KSI, who holds a controversial split decision win over older Logan Paul.

“I don’t think he ever fights me. Why would he sign up for that risk? He knows what would happen… I wouldn’t even have to train to fight KSI. I could make $20/30million, show up eating pizza and knock him out. Two rounds max,” Paul said.
