European Kyokushin champion, a silver medalist from the World Kyokushin championship, and medalist from the prestigious “All Japan” tournament – Jan Soukup, arrived yesterday at the 2020 KWU International Summer Camp that is taking place this weekend in Kamchia, Bulgaria.
The 40-year-old Czech Republic’s martial artist participated in the evening training session.
“So, I arrived in Kamchia and everything is fine. I’m expecting a week full of karate, K-1, and exciting moments with the best fighters”, the Czech fighter said on Facebook.

Soukup was one of the instructors at the morning karate training session on Tuesday. Together with the absolute world champion sensei Zahari Damyanov, they showcased their great arsenal of techniques and moves.
Soukup is a participant in the “Battle of Champions 11: School vs. school” in Moscow will not only participate in the Summer Camp as an instructor, but he will also be a special guest referee at SENSHI 6. The sixth edition of the fight night series will take place this upcoming Friday (August 21) at the Amphitheater in Kamchia.
