Joint Sparring Training in Veliko Tarnovo Prepared BKKF Fighters for International Competitions

On October 10, an intensive sparring training session was held in Veliko Tarnovo with the participation of fighters from four clubs, members of the Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin Federation (BKKF)“Nadezhda” (Gabrovo), “Ikigai” (Burgas), “Fighters NSA” (Sofia), and the hosts “Katana” (Veliko Tarnovo).

The training focused on building coordination, teamwork, and experience ahead of the upcoming international competitions for the Bulgarian karatekas.

The sparring sessions allowed the athletes to test their techniques, tactics, and conditioning in a realistic competitive environment and to prepare for a higher level of performance.

The event took place in a spirit of sports friendship, mutual respect, and exchange of experience — core values of the Kyokushin philosophy.
