The Anthony Joshua – Tyson Fury saga isn’t the only pending undisputed super-clash that is about to happen this year.
A few divisions down the road there is a 4 belts unification fight that will surely get a lot of attention.
The light-welterweight world champions Josh Taylor (IBF and WBA) and Jose Ramires (WBO and WBC) have verbally agreed to fight each other next.
Even though there is still nothing official from both sides representatives have said on numerous occasions that the negotiations are going and such a fight is closer than ever before.
Initially, the bout between the Scottish and the American fighter had to take place on May 8, but the recent news that Saul Alvarez could be fighting then derailed the undisputed clash for later. May 22 to be exact.
The location of the fight is yet to be confirmed with the USA being the favorite to land the fight.
