May Grand Sumo Tournament: Day 7 results

Bulgaria’s Daniel Ivanov-Aoiyama conceded his first loss at the ongoing May Grand Sumo Tournament in Tokyo, Japan.

Ivanov, “maegashira 11” lost to “maegashira 12” Sadanoumi via oshidashi and now both guys have the same 6-1 record and are sharing the number one spot.

The Bulgarian will be looking to bounce back on Sunday when he faces “maegashira 6” Wakamotoharu who has won 4 matches and loss three.
