The bout is scheduled for December 21 at GelreDome in Arnhem, Netherlands. The first fight between the two icons was held in 2016 when Hari suffered an arm injury in the second round and he couldn’t continue the bout, resulting in a win for the 30-years-old Dutch.
The last time Verhoeven fought was in September of 2018 when he defeated Guto Inocente. Badr’s last bout was in March of 2018 when he defeated Hesdy Gerges, but later the result was overturned to “No Contest” because both fighters failed their drug tests.
As understood, the contest is scheduled for three rounds with no title on the line. Other bouts for GLORY: Collision 2 are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
