Romania’s Florin Lambaggiou claimed his third consecutive victory at SENSHI, beating Turkey’s Unal Alkais via KO in the second round.
The 10th fight of the SENSHI 12 fight card was conducted under the KWU Full Contact rules in the -80 kg category with K-1 legend and three time world heavyweight champion Peter Aerts being the special guest referee.
Right from the get go it was clear “Rambo” came for the knockout. Lambaggiou was fighting on the front foot and was throwing some powerful shots to the body and the head of the Turk fighter. Still, Alkais responded with an awesome knee to the head, but Florin kept on the pressure and landed hard jab right before the end of the first round.
Less than 30 seconds into the second round, Lambaggiou landed a thunderous left hook to the head and Alkais went down in a matter of seconds. Peter Aerts reacted immediately and waved off the bout.
