SENSHI Star Sergej Braun will fight for the Glory championship belt

A major co-main event has been announced for GLORY 96, where SENSHI star Sergej Braun will challenge GLORY Middleweight World Champion Donovan Wisse on October 12 at the RTM Stage in Rotterdam.

Donovan Wisse (21-1, 10 KO), widely regarded as one of the best pound-for-pound kickboxers today, aims to make history with a fifth title defense, tying him with Alex Pereira for the most in GLORY middleweight history.

But standing in his way is Sergej Braun (45-13, 27 KO), the current number two ranked middleweight and a veteran of the SENSHI ring. Braun has made a name for himself with six wins, including three knockouts, in the SENSHI circuit. The German fighter, who holds titles like the WAKO PRO and WKU World Championships, is renowned for his versatility and power.

Braun’s resume includes victories over top fighters like Mo Touchassie, Michael Boapeah, and Ertugrul Bayrak—the only man to defeat Wisse. A win over Wisse would be the pinnacle of his career, adding the GLORY title to his long list of achievements.

This fight is not just a clash of two elite middleweights, but a chance for SENSHI’s own Sergej Braun to capture one of the biggest prizes in kickboxing.
