The World Boxing Organization has ordered a fight between Jessie Rodriguez and Cristian Gonzales fore the vacant flyweight title.
Junto Nakatani from Japan vacated the belt after his decision to move up in weight classes thus vacating the 50.8 kg world title.
The parties were granted just ten days to negotiate a fight before a purse bid is scheduled. If a bid is needed, the minimum acceptable bid wil be $80,000.
Rodriguez, 22, is undefeated in the pro ranks. He has 17 wins, as he was last seen inside the ring in September when he defeated Israel Gonzales.
Gonzales, 23, has a pro record of 15-1. His last bout was in March when he beat Juan Zuniga via KO.
