Vasyl Lomachenko (13-1-0) retained his WBA “Super” and WBO world lightweight titles with a dominant and brutal KO victory over England’s Anthony Crolla (34-7-3), his WBA mandatory challenger. The fight itself wound up being the mismatch a lot of the boxing fans around the world expected.
But rumors have it that the Ukrainian may have broken his right hand during the fight. More precisely – the right punch that knocked Crolla down in the 4th round.

There is still nothing official from Loma’s camp, but if his hand is indeed broken he’ll be returning to action in the fall of 2019.
