The famous professional wrestler and huge movie star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has given Anthony Yarde (18-0) the green light to copy his famous chant and celebration if he the Brit manages to win his upcoming fight with Russia’s Sergey Kovalev (33-3-1) this August.

The Hollywood and WWE legend has used his catchphrase; ‘If you smell what The Rock is cooking’ for almost 20 years during his wrestling career.
Yarde, 27, vowed: “When I win I am gonna do ‘The Rock’s’ celebration and get on the top of the rope with the belt and shout ‘If you smell…’. I might use his ring entrance music also.”

“The Rock” was obviously made aware of Anthony’s attention and he posted the following on Twitter.

Kovalev and Yarde will face each other in Russia on August 24 with the WBO world light heavyweight belt on the line.
