Former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor might be absent from the UFC scene, but the Irishman is still in the limelight of worldwide MMA. Yesterday Bellator MMA was in Dublin, Ireland, for the Bellator 227/ Dublin and there was no way “The Notorious” won’t attend the event.
A bizzare sequence took place moments after his SBG Ireland team-mate Peter Queally had defeated Ryan Scope. It was all around a great fight between the two, with Scope dominating the opening round, but then Queally made some adjustments and produced a stunning comeback victory in the second round.

“The Showstopper” was mauling his Scottish adversary when the ref jump in and the 3Arena erupted into celebration. The vet turned immediately to embrace his SBG team at the side of the cage. A jubilant McGregor was at cageside and two security guards were required to stop him from climbing over the cage.
Peter Queally has done it!
Despite being dropped early in round 1, "The Showstopper" puts on an epic comeback to finish Ryan Scope!
