Bellator 228 salaries and bonuses

Bellator’s double champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire got paid for his last title defense at Bellator 228 in California.

The Brazilian featherweight and lightweight champion defeated Juan Archuleta via UD and that earned him $200 000. Patricio didn’t get any win bonus, but his payday is still almost three times bigger than the one his adversary get.
