Bulgaria resumes domestic wrestling competition

Bulgaria resumes its wrestling competitions today with the National Cadet Championships.

125 competitors from 22 clubs will be participating in the event that kicked off today and it will end on September 13th.

No fans will be allowed at the championships, but you can watch the event live HERE.

The competition is taking place in Sliven with the Greco-Romans wrestling today.

Here is the full schedule:

September 9:
5:00 pm Technical conference – GR style in the hall of Sofia University “Dimitar Rohov”
6:00 pm Draw – GR style

September 10:
8.00 am – Weigh-in for all categories
10.00 am – Eliminations – Vasil Levski Hall in the
afternoon – Semifinals

September 11:
8.00 am – Measurement for all categories
10.00 am – Repechages, final matches and awards for GR style
17.00 pm – Technical conference – St. style in the hall of Sofia University “Dimitar Rohov”
18.00 – Draw – Freestyle

September 12:
8.00 – Weigh-in for all categories
10.00 – Eliminations – sports hall “Vasil Levski”
afternoon – Semifinals

September 13:
8.00 – Measurement for all categories
10.00 – Repechages, final matches and awards for Freestylers
