GLORY announces huge main event for GLORY 68

GLORY 68 will be held this September 28 in Miami and we finally got our main event. And it’s a big one.

The current middleweight champion Alex Pereira (30-6) will be facing the #2 in the light heavyweight rankings Donegi Abena (24-6) in a fight that will determine the next Interim light heavyweight champion of GLORY.

The current light heavyweight champion is Russia’s Artem Vakhitov (20-5) who defeated Abena in his last championship fight, but the champ suffered a broken hand during his SD win over Donegiand it’s expected to return in 2020. The Surinamese-Dutch fighter was also injured after the clash at GLORY 66, but now he has a chance to redeem himself.
