How to takedown a bigger opponent (VIDEO)

The flyweight UFC champ and 2008 Olympic wrestling gold medalist – Henry Cejudo is without a doubt one of the best grapplers currently in pro-MMA.

There is also no doubt that he’s facing way bigger guys than him in his training sessions. Together with Bernardo Faria (three-time BJJ world champ), Cejudo is demonstrating in this video some techniques on how to take down bigger opponents and how to keep the right distance in order to defend and attack properly.

The 32-year-old calls one of the drills the “Super Duck” and he also shows us how to finish the takedown if it’s wrestling, grappling or MMA.
