IBF featherweight champion of the world Josh Warrington will fight Mexico’s Mauricio Lara this upcoming February.
The undefeated champion will face his mandatory challenger on February 13 at a venue that is not yet announced.
Warrington, 30, hasn’t fought since October 2019 when he KO’d his mandatory Sofiane Takoucht in the second round. Lara, 22, was last seen inside a boxing ring in December 2020 when he beat Sergio Puente via UD.
