Kamchia hosts several major Kyokushin events in July

This year the tradition will be observed once more! The Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin Federation (BKKF) and the Kyokishun World Union (KWU) have officially announced the dates for the 16th traditional summer international Kyokushin camp in Kamchia 2022.

The event, which is one of the most spectacular in this martial art, will bring together hundreds of fighters between July 3rd and 10th .

The stacked program promises many exciting moments. In addition to the many trainings and master classes in Kyokushin, kickboxing and Muay Thai, Iaido, etc., three major sporting events are scheduled:

– KWU European championship among men and women in Openweight (Absolute) categories with a prize fund for 1, 2, and 3 places

– KWU World Youth Cup for juniors (14-15 years old), juniors (16-17 years old), and cadets (18-21 years old) (KWU Competition Rules)

– KWU International Professional League SENSHI fight night.

Every year BKKF and KWU organize the camp in order to enhance the level of coaches, strengthening the friendship between members of international organizations, enhance the level of mastery of participants (participants must be 14 y.o. and older, prize-winners of international and national championships with the qualification of 6 kyu and higher).
