Former Bellator lightweight champion Michael Chandler will make his UFC debut this month.
He will face one of the top names in his division – Dan Hooker. The fight is set to take place on January 23 at UFC 257 which will be held on “Fight Island” in Abu Dhabi.
The fight will be the co-main event of the highly anticipated duel between Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier.
Chandler, 34, hasn’t fought since August 2020 when he claimed his final Bellator victory.
Hooker, 30, was last seen inside the Octagon in June when he lost to Dustin Poirier via UD.
