Francis Ngannou (14-3) was the one calling the shots at UFC on ESPN 3 main event yesterday in Minneapolis, USA. The 32-years-old defeated the former UFC heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos (21-6) via first-round TKO.
That way “The Predator” secured himself a title shot against Daniel Cormier or Stipe Miocic.
Ngannou finished his job in less than 75 seconds. He hit the Brazilian with some crazy punches and a devastating combo of a right hook followed by a left and another right. “Cigano” broke down on the floor and referee Herb Dean stepped in to stop the bout at the 1:11 mark.

Now the Cameroon native, by way of France, is on a three-fight winning streak, and he has won all of them in the opening round. Meanwhile, dos Santos suffered his first loss since 2017 when Stipe Miocic TKO’d him in the first round.
