According to the American outlet MMA DNA, UFC is planning on a huge event this fall in Sydney, Australia. The potential date for the big event is October 6 (UFC 243) while the targeted venue is Bankwest Stadium with a capacity of 30 000.
Sources confirm that the UFC will hold a PPV event on October 6th at the Westbank Stadium in Sydney, Australia. The #UFC243 PPV is supposed to be headlined by Middleweight Champion Robert Whittaker and Interim Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya.

Of course, a fight night like this one can have only one main event – UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker (20-4) vs. Interim middleweight king Israel Adesanya (17-0) for the undisputed title of the division. Both fighters will be on home turf and that could be one of the biggest sporting events in the history of Australia.

An eventual bout between the two will mark Whittaker’s first title defense since he captured the belt in 2017. Since then he had to defend it a few times, but the 28-years-old pulled off from the fights because of health issues.
Adesanya, meanwhile, is unbeaten at the pro level. “The Last Stylebender” claimed the Interim belt at UFC 236 when he edged Kelvin Gastelum.
