SENSHI 5 rules explained

We are getting closer and closer to the SENSHI 5 kick-off.

In just a few hours the fifth edition of the SENSHI fight night will start at Varna’s Palace of Culture and Sports.

Fight fans will be able to watch 9 exciting bouts conducted under 4 separate rules. You can see the differences in all of the rules down below:

KWU SENSHI – elbow strikes, sweeps, and throws are allowed; only one knee to the head when there’s a two-hand grip; active clinches last 5 seconds

KWU Full Contact – elbow strikes and throws and not allowed; only one knee to the head when there’s a two-hand grip; active clinches last 5 seconds; sweeps are allowed

WAKO PRO low kick – spinning back fists, knees and elbow strikes are not allowed; holding is not allowed and fighters can’t “work” in a clinch; kicks to the legs are permitted only to the thighs

WAKO PRO K-1 – elbow strikes and throws are not allowed; only one knee to the head when there’s a two-hand grip; active clinches last 5 seconds; sweeps are allowed
