The second semi-final in the -70 kg category of SENSHI Cup was a clash between one of the best Bulgarian karatekas Petar Stoykov and Russia’s Pavel Cherepanov.
The home crowd hero went immediately into attack mode, doing damage with both his legs and hands. Stoykov’s body kicks kept Cherepanov away, as the Russian was way more passive than he should be. The second part kicked off with a beautiful spinning back fist from the Bulgarian, but the Russian fighter answered with some nice jabs. Cherepanov went all in in the third round, but he lacked the stamina to get the KO and Stoykov got the win via UD.
