The KWU International Professional League camp continues

The second training session from the first day of the ongoing KWU International Professional League camp in Sofia was energetic as the first one, maybe even more.

The fighters didn’t show any signs of fatigue and were doing everything as they were told by their instructors – K-1 legends Ernesto Hoost, Semmy Schilt, and Peter Aerts. The participants were once again split into three separate groups with each one of them having different tasks and missions to deal with.

The four-time K-1 Grand Prix champ Semmy Schilt gave the opportunity to conduct the warm-up to some of the trainers, while the KO masters Hoost and Aerts engaged their groups in some light one-on-one work. Just like he did in the morning session, Schilt continued working with the Kyokushin Karate black belts, helping them sharpen their tools.

Ernesto Hoost’s drills and techniques were directed towards the inside elbows and knees game, while Peter Aerts was insisting on the right distance during and after the attack.

The fourth master class of 2021 is taking place at “Arena Armeec” in Sofia, Bulgaria and it will end on Sunday. The camp will produce a total of 7 training sessions throughout the next three days.
