Champions Kamaru Usman, Zhang Weili, and Valentina Shevchenko all successfully made weight for their respective defenses, which take place Saturday at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Fla.
Usman weighed in at 169.5 pounds for the main event, while challenger Jorge Masvidal weighed in at 170 pounds.
Zhang (114.5) defends her strawweight title for the second time when she takes on Rose Namajunas (114.5) in the co-main event, while Shevchenko (124.5) seeks her fifth consecutive defense of the flyweight title as she fights former strawweight champion Jessica Andrade (124.5).
All 26 fighters competing on Saturday’s card successfully made weight, including former middleweight champion Chris Weidman (186) and Uriah Hall (185), and light heavyweight contenders Anthony Smith (206) and Jim Crute (205.5).
