We’re just one day away from one of the most anticipated mixed martial arts events.
Tomorrow UFC is returning to Australia for UFC 243. Marvel Stadium in Melbourne will host 11 fights. We have a banger in the main event of the evening – the UFC middleweight championship will be put on the line.
The champion Robert Whittaker (20-4) is facing the interim champ Israel Adesanya (17-0).
Yesterday both fighters did their open workouts, demonstrating just a glimpse of their real skillsets. Whittaker hasn’t fought since 2018 when he defeated Yoel Romero at UFC 225. Adesanya has been way more active – “The Last Stylebender” will enter the Octagon for the third time in 2019 and he fought 4 times in 2018.
Even though “The Reaper” hasn’t been active in the last 12 months, he showcased his extreme power on the pads.
In the meantime, the challenger also took the stage by storm, showcasing excellent movement and astonishing power kicks.
