10 meters of high knees
10 meters of butt kickers
10 meters of toy soldiers
Rest 3 minutes
2-4 reps of muscle snatch
2-4 reps of snatch land
2-4 reps of an overhead squat
2-4 reps of an initial pull to halfway
Rest 3 minutes
Max set of strict pull-ups
Rest 2 minutes
Run 300 meters at full speed
