20 cossack squats
50-m single-arm farmer’s carry, right arm
50-m single-arm farmer’s carry, left arm
200-m jog + 10-m butt-kickers
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

100-m farmers carry
20 dumbbell front squats
