3 taekwondo kicks for self defense (VIDEO)

When we talk about kicks in combat sports, there’s not a discipline that comes close to taekwondo.

There are so many different techniques in taekwondo and that is absolutely normal, keeping in mind the fact that Taekwondo is all about kicking your opponent.

It’s worth mentioning that taekwondo kicks require a lot of balance. Kicking means that you should be able to stand and move on one leg with ease.
