Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic is shutting down our everyday routines. But drastic times require drastic measures and for some time we’ll need to cut out the socializing with others.
Gyms all around the world are being closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your workout done at your home.
Just be sure to clean after yourself.
Stretching- 5 to 10 minutes
Jump Rope: 6 minutes
Bodyweight squats: 20 reps
Lunges: 5 reps each leg
Hip extensions: 10 reps each side
Dumbbell rows (using whatever weight you can find): 10 each arm
Walking lunges: 20 reps (10 each leg)
Jump step-ups: 20 reps (10 each leg)
