Former K-1 and GLORY heavyweight contender Errol Zimmerman is making a come back this upcoming September.
Zimmerman, 34, will be fighting against at the King of the Ring event taking place on 5 September in The Netherlands. His trainer, Nick Hemmers, announced the news earlier via Instagram post.
The last time Zimmerman was inside the ring was in 2018 when he lost to Belgium’s Nidal Bchiri at the Enfusion Live 70 event.
The 34-year-old Curacao fighter has fought for many top organizations and has defeated the likes of Hesdy Gerges, Jerome Le Banner, and a young Rico Verhoeven during a notable career. Verhoeven avenged the loss the following year in GLORY and won the rubber match when Zimmerman suffered an injury.
