Cedric Doumbe defends the strap against Karim Ghajji at GLORY 76

There will be a French derby! Cedric Doumbe will defend his world title against Karim Ghajji at GLORY 76.

Murthel Groenhart cancelled the fight at the very last moment due to injury.

GLORY was eagerly looking for a replacement and hoped to come up with an opponent for Doumbé within 24 hours – and they’ve maid it.

Now on December 19, Cédric Doumbé (73-7-1) will face Karim Ghajji (103-16-1) to try a new title defense.

The fight will be co-main event of a GLORY 76 which promises to be impressive with Badr Hari vs. Benjamin Adegbuyi headlining.

Having regained his GLORY champion title in March 2019 after a victory over Harut Grigorian, Cédric Doumbé will thus attempt a second straight defense in Rotterdam.
