Eduard Alexanyan defeats Madalin Mogos at SENSHI 8

Bulgaria’s Eduard Alexanyan achieved another big-time win under the SENSHI fight night banner. The European WAKO PRO champion in the 81.4 kg category beat Romania’s Madalin Mogos in the eighth bout of yesterday’s SENSHI 8.

The event was held at Hotel “Marinela” in Sofia, Bulgaria, on May 22.

The fight was conducted under the KWU Full Contact rules in the 80 kg category.

“No time for wasting” was the motto behind both fighters and they went hardcore straight from the get going. Alexanyan was the more diverse fighter, trying more combos and landing from way more angles. Mogos was playing on his backfoot and only managed to land one significant uppercut to Alexanyan’s temple.

Alexanyan landed a massive knee to the head in the second part. His opponent tried to return the favor but got caught with some respectfully punches in the face.

Alexanyan’s left and right hooks were on point in every single round, cruising to victory in the third part thanks to his more creative fighting style. Mogos on the other hand showcased resistance and finished the fight on his feet.

SENSHI 8 is being conducted with the assistance of the KWU International Professional League, chaired by Shihan Ivo Kamenov, as well as with the special support of Armeec Insurance JSC, MAX Sport, Bulgaria AIR and BMW-M car.
