EUROARM 2020 is cancelled

The European Armwrestling Federation (EAF) has cancelled the 2020 European Armwrestling & Para-Armwrestling Championships. The tournaments were set to be in Hungary, but the ongoing spread of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) changed plans.

The week between Saturday 16 and Sunday 24 May, in Balatonfüred, was expected more than 1000 participants from over 30 European countries to challenge for the gold.

European Armwrestling Federation Executive board, with regret announced that the 2020 European Armwrestling & Para-Armwrestling Championships are cancelled.

EAF thanked Hungarian Armwrestling Federation, the City of Balatonfüred for their support.

Regarding the reschedule of the 2020 EuroArm, European Armwrestling Federation Executive board decided to open the bid for this year Championships. EAF Members interested to host the 2020 European Armwrestling & Para-Armwrestling Championships are welcome to bid by email.
