Iconic Performance: Karelin`s third run for Olympic Gold

For a generation of wrestling fans, one name was more feared than any other: Aleksandr Karelin from Russia. “The Russian Bear” took gold in Seoul in ’88, then again at the ’92 Olympic Games in Barcelona. At the ’96 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Karelin won his third Olympic gold medal and secured the right to be called, “The Greatest of all Time.”
