Iskren Ivanov suffers neck injury, out of “SENSHI Cup”

One of the most promising Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin fighters – Iskren Ivanov won’t be making his debut at “SENSHI Cup” because off a neck injury.

Ivanov’s replacement is Georgi Georgiev who will be participating in the 65 kg weight class. Georgiev is 1.65 cm tall and he fights from Varna’s FC “York”. He’s a notable kickboxing and muay thai fighter and has a green belt in karate.

Georgiev’s first fight will be against Russia’s Kirli Grigoriev. Whoever manages to get the win, will face the winner of Saipudin Dzhavatkhanov (Turkey) and Viktor Javier (Brazil).

“SENSHI Cup” will be taking place in Kamchia, Bulgaria on July 3-4. The event will be part of the XIII KWU International Summer Camp (30.06.-07.07.2019).
