Jarrell Miller hit with two-year ban over latest failed drug test

Even if Jarrell Miller does manage to return to the ring, it won’t be anytime soon. The Nevada State Athletic Commission slapped “Big Baby” with a two-year ban today due to Miller’s failed drug test in June. He can, however, “get a six-month reduction to that suspension if he completes a performance-enhancing drug treatment program, as well as a random drug-testing program administered by the Voluntary Anti-Doping Agency at the fighter’s expense.”

Miller (23-0-1, 20 KO) inadvertently set the stage for Anthony Joshua vs. Andy Ruiz last year when he tested positive for three separate banned substances. Despite this, he signed with Top Rankchalked those failures up to a stem cell injection, and got his license back in preparation for a July 9th clash with Jerry Forrest.

Then he failed another drug test. He blamed that one on sex pills, but that excuse seems to have come up flaccid.
