Ronnie Coleman – The King (VIDEO)

It goes without saying that Ronnie Coleman is arguably the greatest bodybuilder of all time. It depends on the day you can switch with the Austrian guy.

Ronald Dean Coleman is not only the record holder for most Mr. Olympia titles (8) but at one time he held the record for most wins as an IFBB professional with 26 titles.

Prior to bodybuilding, Coleman was playing american football and later became a police officer.

It’s really tough to pinpoint the one set or the one exercise Coleman is famous with. And that is why all of his videos are legendary. His biceps, his chest routine or his deadlift…

“The King”, as they call him (and rightfully so), captured his first Mr. Olympia title back in 1998 won it in the next 7 years too (1998-2005).

Coleman was 1.80 cm tall and when he was competing his weight was around 130-136 kilos. His off-season form was somewhere around 143-145 kilograms!

Probably his best years are 2002-2004 when he looks like this.
